what is up? Where are my peeps? I feel like the holiday is winding down here. I have had a blast, gotten a bit done, and am getting ready to get back to business. At some point again today I will be faced with my last purchase..the TV. Eeeek its so expensive! I think I will wait until...later today to decide. I feel a little uneasy spending that much. Just watching my friends play WoW for like $15/month makes my $1200+ socom package seem a little insane. I have the mic, COD3, ps3, cables...just no TV yet.

Anyway...I was bored. I am having a good time though. Maybe when I get some sleep and have food in me I will be able to take the last jab at my wallet. Wooo... Twisted Evil

COD4 was fun yet again. I never really play that well, consistently, but we still manage to win again and again. I can't really complain about winning. Some of the games are close which makes it fun, I just wish it was Socom - lobby system, people, etc. Soon I hope, soon.

I had a good time too playing with ya last night but, I am also, wondering the same thing ...I know I am new but there are a few guys I have noticed already havnt been joining us. I will be looking into this, but you can count on one thing I will definately be working hard to bring in some new talent and it has already begun so look for the new guys and you wont have to play alone for long.

Last night was a blast and I think Groundwar is the way to go for a while.

I agree gound war seems to be the funnest for me too and yes it seems there are a few who don't make it to our rooms

I'am wondering if they are just ingnoring the invites or if it is that bug for the invite thing?

I don't want to put down COD4, but I would place more fault on the party system than the player. I consider this a pre-socom in many ways. I just want to meet up with a few friends and warm up for the real game.

Who is that we are talking about with not taking invites?

I enjoy the smaller teams smaller rooms cause it is easier to find a game and it is ALOT LESS LAG. 18 players, air support, helicopter, nades make it for a lagy night. I just assumed laggy= socom. I was trying to avoid the lag. Also YOU ALL have challenges to complete in search and destroy, team hardcore, sabitoge, ect. Let me know.

I even had a issues with Stone today. I am visiting my friend for a few days, and sometimes cannot play with sound. They have a TV and projector in the same room, on opposite walls, so one sound system has to fight with another. As I sit in front of the TV, the sound WAY overpowers my voice on the mic, making it useless. After the mic is useless, it kinda stinks not being able to communicate to Stone what is up. Then I was not able to download game settings...boo!

Anyway...I hope to be playing again soon. I should be up and running with my FULL setup by the 11th of January. Oooooo! I cannot wait!

360 had the same problem with not allowing people to join from one game to another. I hope they fix it for you guys soon, as we have already gotten ours fixed.

Random, are you still in VB? I have till Saturday to stop by and say hi. I don't mean it to be much, but it could be "fun". I can PM you my phone if you are interested in meeting up for a few.
